FOBP will be participating in the town-wide Fall Invasive Species Campaign. Join us at this public volunteer day promoting native plantings, removing invasive species, and sharing the importance of both.
Activities may include:
Removal of mugwort and other invasive weeds in Binney Park
Continued removal of pachysandra and other invasive non-native plant species near Holly Grove
Planting of native plants at Helen Binney Kitchel Natural Park and at the Binney Park Pollinator Garden.
Host a table with information regarding native plantings and invasive species and auction off book to a volunteer
